I would like to welcome you to this institutional page that presents, showcases, and opens to the community the complete information about our activities, our mission, and our vision regarding what we do at our Chamber. We focus on business but also on the integration of Ibero-American individuals and companies with the community in the United States.
I am proud to have created in 1996 the first Binational Business Chamber with a community social commitment as a primary value, complementary and not substitutive of other social, protocol, and sometimes elitist activities of some similar organizations. We believe in small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, in those who rise early and work hard, those who provide employment, those who generate wealth despite the difficulties and limitations of Ibero-America, and who at some point need help to bring their values, ideas, and capacity to generate employment and prosperity to the United States, the land of opportunities and freedom.

In 1999, Juan Renedo Roldan, founder of CCMEU, opened the Sao Paulo branch at 600 Paulista Avenue, the financial heart of Brazil. Between that year and 2006, the Cultural Center carried out various activities in Brazil, Uruguay, and Paraguay. During that time, numerous social, cultural, and sports events were held, especially in Sao Paulo and the city of Rosario, Argentina.
Our Chamber was founded in 1994 as an association of Brazilian and Argentine entrepreneurs who promote the ideas of American culture in Mercosur (created in 1991). This Association is called the "Mercosur-United States Cultural Center" (CCMEU). The Cultural Center has always been a non-profit organization where English and American culture, including business-related aspects, were taught. The dream of CCMEU was to connect the world with the United States.
In 2010, the definitive evolution of this organization was created in Mexico: the Chamber of Latin Entrepreneurs in the United States (CELDEU). This entity expanded to the USA in 2014, under the presidency of Juan Renedo, who instilled an educational and charitable character in the organization. CELDEU aimed to be an entity focused on helping SMEs and individuals. Therefore, it created the Fund for Immigrant and Refugee Education Assistance, based on the support of the Hispanic community.
In 2009, a civil association called the Association of Entrepreneurs of the Three Americas was created in Brazil. This entity was a precursor to the Chamber of Hispanic Companies in the USA. This third-sector entity conducted hundreds of language courses in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, as well as business and cultural events. Numerous personalities from the arts, sports, and science participated in their events, which were held in hotels and the halls of non-profit and government organizations.
After the 2020 pandemic and the closure of all project offices in the USA and Latin America, the challenge of reopening the entire network was the focus of all efforts until 2023. In 2023, several binational and regional Hispanic Chambers merged, creating FEDECH, the Federation of Hispanic Chambers of the USA, composed of five founding Chambers: SpainCham, CELDEU, IberoCamara, the Chamber of Latin Entrepreneurs in Atlanta, and the Association of Brazilian Companies in the USA. The synergy generated has today created a major principal entity: HispanoCamara.
Between 2014 and 2019, CELDEU expanded its non-profit educational and charitable project across the USA from coast to coast, with 28 community service points. It also developed special projects for the integration of Americans with disabilities, enabling them to learn the teaching profession by teaching ESL to Spanish
HispanoCamara undertakes international actions and projects, but it has undoubtedly achieved remarkable results in the major cities where it operates or has a high concentration of offices or representatives.
